A Care Connect advisor will assess the level of care that you or your loved one needs by asking a series of questions about the individual's health condition and their unique care and assistance requirements. This process is conducted with compassion and utmost care for you and your family's privacy.
DISCUSS CARE OPTIONS
All the care providers we work with are vetted by our team.
Choosing a suitable care community from a sea of options can be overwhelming and confusing. While coming up with a care plan with you, we refer to care communities in our network that have been pre-screened and inspected by our team. Your trust means the world to us, and we go to great lengths to ensure we never lose it.
PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS
We believe you should have look for yourself.
Once we have shortlisted some options together, a Care Connect advisor will accompany you on a tour of each Community to help you reach a final decision. Your satisfaction is our top priority, always.
